The Coronavirus  Outbreak

Some class content has been adapted to ensure we are following the guidelines. Classes will also look a little different for the time being. Baby classes are limited to a maximum of 5 parents with the mats placed as far apart as possible (as close to 2m as we can get). Kids Yoga and Family Yoga classes are limited to a maximum of 14 total participants.

All soft furnishings such as cushions for parents and babies have been removed and we will no longer be providing towels. Please bring along a blanket or a small towel for your baby to each class.

Mats will still be provided for baby classes and will be sanitised in between sessions.

For Kids and Family Yoga you are encouraged to bring your own mats along to classes.

You will be provided with your own props to use for each session, which will not be shared and will be cleaned between classes and rotated. Small sensory sacks for babies are available to purchase should you wish to have the same props to use with your baby at home. 'Into to Yoga' goodie bags are available to purchase for Kids and Family Yoga.

On arrival at the venue, you will be required to wash your hands with soap and water, or to use the sanitizer provided at the entrance. There will also be hand sanitiser available to use throughout the session.

Please encourage your children to go to the toilet before their yoga session.

When entering the venue, parents will be required to wear a mask/face covering (unless you are exempt) until you are settled on your mat, when you are leaving the function room and venue and if you need to walk around the venue (for eg to settle baby or to visit the toilet). Children under 11 are currently not required to wear a mask.

Where possible, your instructor will greet the children at the door of the venue for Kids Yoga. If people are arriving at the same time, please form a queue with appropriate social distancing.

Please try to avoid too much movement around the venue once you have arrived and are settled on your mat.

Where possible there is a one-way system into and out of the venues, please follow the arrows and the directions given by your instructor.

We kindly ask that you do not arrive more than 5 minutes early for your session, to avoid too many people congregated in a smaller area. And just for the moment, I also kindly ask parents to move out of the venue as quickly as possible after your session has ended so that I can carry on with the necessary cleaning in between classes without your baby/child breathing in the cleaning products.

Please respect social distancing where possible.

Please only bring what is necessary into the venue.

There is plenty of space at the venues to park the buggies either outside the room or downstairs at a reasonable distance apart.

In the event of a local or national lockdown, any remaining classes will move to an online, interactive platform. Refunds will be considered on an individual basis.

Please do not attend the class if you, someone you live with or your baby/child is displaying any symptoms of COVID-19 which include:

* a high temperature

* a new continuous cough

* a change to, or a loss of, taste or smell

Please follow the government guidelines for self-isolation.

If you are unable to attend a class, you will be sent a recorded version for that week.

By attending a class or course, you are giving your consent for us to pass on your details for the NHS Track and Trace should it be necessary.

Please note thorough Risk Assessments at each venue have been conducted and that the guidelines are regularly checked to ensure my classes are running accordingly. As such, this is a working document and will be reviewed and updated as and when government guidelines change. This page is up to date as of April 2021.
